Sensualisation, a performance enhancement and relaxation procedures I invented a decade ago, involves using not just your inner eye but your senses of hearing, smelling, tasting and touching.

Using Sensualisation, you can ‘mind travel’ the world without ever leaving your armchair. Move easily and effortlessly backwards and forwards through time.  Be anyone you want to be. Do anything you want to do.
